Many Level 10 Employees opt for syncing their Level 10 email to their phone or mobile device. This allows them to be connected to their work e-mail at all times even when they are away from their laptops. The following instructions details how to get this done with an iPhone or iPad.
Method 1: Using the Built-in Apple Mail App.
- Tap the Settings icon from the Home screen depicted by a gray, circular cog.
- Tap Accounts & Passwords
- Tap Add Account
- Select Exchange from the given options.
- Enter your email address.
- Due to our e-mail system being synced with Okta, the Okta authentication pop-up should appear asking for you username and password.
- Key in your e-mail address and password in the empty fields provided.
- NOTE! You may need to verify your log-in via a 6-digit code before moving forward.
- Make sure to sync your contents including Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes.
- After that, you should be good to go!
Method 2: Using Microsoft Outlook's Mail App.
- Download Outlook for iOS from the iOS App Store.
- Once the app is downloaded, open the app via the icon located on your home screen.
- Enter your full level 10 email address, then tap Add Account.
- Due to our e-mail system being synced with Okta, the Okta authentication pop-up should appear asking for you username and password.
- Key in your e-mail address and password in the empty fields provided.
- When asked if you'd like to add another account, select "Maybe Later"
- After that, you should be good to go!
